The Squat Battle Challenge
Top sprint cyclist Robert Förstemann takes on top weightlifters in the “Squat Battle.” Squats are tough enough. The “Squat Battle” requires 5 minutes of continuous squats, lifting your own body weight (minimum weight is 85kg). The set has to be unbroken.
